My complaint:
i really feel disappointed at this faulty item. I can’t wear it. in fact, i wore it once only. I talk to the staff and also the manager. the manager wasn’t polite at all. she made fun of me and my daughter. At least we need to replace it. the problem that it can’t be worn and also the colour has faded from first wash. I’ll be grateful and thankful for a refund or a replacement.
