Foodtown complaint: Paid for food items not in my bag

My complaint:

Checking out at a full service line. Higher dollar items not included in my bags. This has happened twice in two trips to store. Difficult to monitor checkers while working with POS and placing bags into shopping cart to roll to car outside. I am losing confidence in buying groceries at Food Lion.

Suggested solution:

When all items purchased and on my receipt are included in take home bags.

Not noticed until at home and unpacking items to refrigerator or pantry. Too late to confront checker for shortage. Too far to make a second trip to the store to register a complaint while I still have my receipt.
