My complaint:
I shopped online and they charged for
Delivery Fee $8.50
Shopping Fee $6.99
which I called the store and ask if one charge was for the delivery man and another charge was for the girl who did the shopping for me and they told me they both were for the store I told the delivery man I was charged $8.50 that the store would give him, he told me they don’t they keep the money I feel it’s unfair to be charged twice for the same thing they are stealing from it’s customers
Suggested solution:
nothing is being done the store owner is never around so I was told
