My complaint:

Came home and realized that I’ve been charged more than the price on the shelf. Martinelli Apple Juice in plastic jug (half gallon) was $9.99 on shelf but charged $13.49 on receipt. Florida’s Natural orange juice was $4.99 on shelf but charged $5.49. The total amount of my purchase was $33.25, but charged $4 more than price marked on shelf. I’ve called the store and told the person answering the phone about this. He said to come back to the store and speak to customer service and they will fix it. I’ve asked him if he would like to know the items that are mis-marked since I cannot get back to the store until much later. He said sure. There was no apology or thank you or any acknowledgment of the problem. This happens quite often but not this big of a price difference. I had to address the issue since it was over 10% the total amount of the transaction.

Suggested solution:

Acknowledge there was a price discrepancy. I don't care if they do not apologize, but at least acknowledge the issue and thank me for bringing it up to their attention so that they can resolve the pricing discrepancy before this happens to another customer.
