My complaint:
We Waited 2 Hours for Delivery on Our Order, Food Hub have stated they tried to contact the takeaway several times but unable to reach them.
Suggested solution:
Refund On order - Or offer a Coupon which will allow us to place another order.
The food order was £32 and went in the bin, Food Hub Offered a mere £3 as a gesture of good will.
