My complaint:

I ordered a delivery on the 20720 order number 669609018 which came to the cost of £40.69. My delivery never turned up I have been messaging food hub nurmous time and getting told the takeaway said they delivered it. I’m telling you I never received my order I want my money back I’m not paying for a service I didn’t get. The staff at the restaurant are being very rude and totally dismissed me. I’m very annoyed and disappointed that I’m getting totally dismissed from the restaurant when they know full well they didn’t deliver and I’m getting dismissed from food hub aswell. I’m waiting for a manager tp contact me as I requested in my last email. Im not letting this lie at all and i will contact the paper to show how food hub treat their customers
