My complaint:
Last night (10420) at around 7:30 p.m., I shopped in the Food Lion 0199, located at 111 Seminole Dr. Madison Heights VA. 24572. I was taken aback at how many customers were shopping without a hint of a face mask in sight. I mentioned it to one couple, the man just shrugged his shoulders. I happened to be passing by a Food Lion employee stocking a shelf. He was indeed wearing a mask. I asked him if Food Lion had a policy regarding shoppers wearing face masks while in the store. He said no.
Suggested solution:
They should be fined. They should acknowledge and comply with the VA. mandate. If they care about my future business, and they may not, they should contact me and let me know when the VA mandated policy regarding customers in their brick and mortar business being instructed to don face masks upon entering the premises.
