My complaint:
Today, me, my boyfriend and my four-year-old son went grocery shopping to get a few items the lines were very long so instead we use the self check out the self check out the lady that was working the area kept staring at every black person that was checking out Each time she will stop our screen so she will have to come over. At first we thought she was just doing her job, but then she continue to do it not only to us, but to another black person shopping as well. We noticed she did not do it to any other person that wasn’t black. She stared us up and down the whole time even my four year old could feel it and keep asking why the lady kept staring at us while we were checking out what did we do wrong. I paid for my items and left and she continue to ask did I pay for my bigger items that was on the bottom of my cart .. which was Scanned first. This happen July 8th around 4:00 to 4:30pm
Suggested solution:
I would like that the lady be talked to know how that feels. To be watched the most than another color as we check out especially when all money cards is the same no matter WHO it’s coming from.
