My complaint:
On July 10th 2023, the head manager criticized the lead for the upfront cashiers for not stopping a thief. Employees are literally trained not to confront thieves as the thieves can easily escalate the situation with a concealed weapon risking loss of life to both employees and customers when confronted.
This manager who does not care for their employees’ lives, only profit, should be changed before it becomes something even more major. Mind you this same manager has been harassing employees even knocking on their car after their shift is done to do more work instead of doing it themself or waiting the one hour for the next person’s shift.
Suggested solution:
