My complaint:
The manger sheldrick streete jr. is an unprofessional manager that doesn’t treat his employees nor customers with respect. I was eventually terminated for a reasonable reason but the following day i didn’t hear from the original manger and when i called to confront my Delhaize account being locked 2 days after my last shift he then told me i was terminated later during the day. The manger had plenty of time to leave a message, e-mail, or anything to let me know or confront me about the problem, when i got irritated and said he could’ve been told me, he hung up in my face. He now presses charges because i called the food lion over 50 times because he is unprofessional.
Suggested solution:
By quitting their job because they aren’t build nor have the skills to be professional in this type of industry.
