My complaint:
06/30/2023 7:20AM My husband went to Food Lion in Springfield Ga. When he entered the store there were corn husks all over the floor in produce. Should be swept up immediately proventing a slip and fall from happening. The woman in the Bakery section was stocking shelves while eating a donut! Not sure I would want to purchase anything in Bakery after seeing that. The rest of store was a mess with items located on shelves in wrong places. This appears that noone walked the store from the previous night to check for misfits left behind from uncaring customers.
I realize about short staff and busy nights but some of these things should be done before locking the doors at night. No way all of this happened in twenty minutes from opening this morning!!! The lady in Bakery needs to be addressed as well. The kiosh machine does not print coupons on page.
This has been going on for Months now. They claim they have called and repair man has come to look at it. Still not working correctly. Customer doesn’t know what they might be shopping for as it isn’t printed on paper.
This is our neighborhood store and we do want to see it succeed. DO BETTER PLEASE!!!
Suggested solution:
Let Managers know what is expected of them and what is not happening.
Seeing a cleaner store and working machines such as the coupon maching.
Hasn't worked in months. The sheets that print are empty of coupons.Never know
what is actually on them as deals withing store. FIX THIS PROBLEM
