Food Lion complaint: The shoppers at food lion never listened to me and replace the any of my items

My complaint:

The new app never works and the shoppers never replace my items so I’m left with nothing.

Suggested solution:

Please go back to the old app it was so much better. And they shoppers need to start looking at the substitutes.
