My complaint:
One of the staff members, whose name I believe is Perla, has been making me uncomfortable with her behavior. Today, as we were sitting in the parking lot, she was staring into my car and laughing at me. Along with giving dirty looks, it looked as though she was on her phone as well. I would’ve not thought much about this, but this isn’t a first-time experience for me, and my partner is now uncomfortable going to the store after experiencing similar behavior from her. I go to this store as I have for many years, and it’s closer to me. I would like to continue shopping here, but at this point, I am at a loss for words.
Suggested solution:
I would like for someone to talk to Perla and let her know about her behavior. I am at a loss for words, and though I hate suggesting a termination, I feel as though if it continues, that might be the best solution. My partner and I are uncomfortable, and we don’t know if we can continue shopping here if she’s continuing this behavior.
