My complaint:
My mother and I went to Food lion on Friday Jun16th around 6pm to pick up her to go order I placed for 5 food lion orange sherberts.When we got there I called the number to let them know we were here to pick up the order the guy on the phone acted like he didn’t know what we were talking about so he got off the phone to let them know.As we waited he ended up coming out with another person order and came up to our truck and proceeded to be rude to my mother and myself saying he didn’t have the order that we never placed one at all I showed him my phone proving that I did he proceeded to argue with me and my mom when I literally had the proof my mom then asked him nicely couldn’t he just go in there and get our order he was very disrespectful towards her and shrugged his shoulders at her which got my mother very upset I tried to calm her down cause she has very severe health problems and doesn’t need to get upset or frustrated so I asked him again and he refused to listen and walked off from us as he was walking off I did catch a glimpse of his name which is Charlie this is not the first timemi had issues with him being rude to me I got out the truck went inside to end up buying my mother the two sherbert they only had on the shelf as I came inside he proceeded to laugh with another girl about the entire situation I was very upset and angry and tried to keep calm while I got what I needed. I felt very disrespected as a customer this is not the first time Charlie has treated me this way he mocked me a time before I had to shop for my mother for sherbert and mocked how I had called asking did they have any in stock and he then proceeded to make fun of my son who has a learn disability and sometimes gets hyper and excited. When this happened I was on the phone with my husband who got really angry and ended up calling the store and they hung up on him when he asked to speak to the manager so he ended up calling corporate I am very dissatisfied with the serve I recieve from this food Lion
