My complaint:
Asked manager, Tanisha, if I could purchase a money order around 8:10am. I read a sign at the customer service desk that the equipment was down. Tanisha responded that the money order machine was working but that money orders can’t be purchased until 9am because she is short staffed. When I looked around the store, there were two people in line and one cashier on the floor. I asked if she could take two minutes so that I could purchase a money order. She quickly said NO and went behind an Employee only door.
Suggested solution:
Management should be more accommodating to patrons. This particular manager needs to be reminded of that and needs a quick couse in customer service training.
