My complaint:
Saturday June 18, I stopped at Food Lion to pick up a few items. I usually pay by check. I usually give the cashier a blank check and it goes through without any problems. this particular Food Lion told me I had to fill out the check completely because it would not go through. I did and it still did not go through, The cashier called the manager and she tried. She stated that the problem was I had probably bounced a check there before. I told her no way. She did not even try to solve the situation. The only thing she wanted to know if I had other means to pay for my items. The situation was very embarrassing because everyone could hear the conversation. The money was in the bank. She did not try to help at all. She just walked away and kept talking with another employee. Her name was Ms Jessica and the other employee was Alicia. This was Food Lion on Fayetteville St in Durham,NC. I noticed on several occasions that this particular store is very unfriendly and has no people personality. I will not be shopping there again and I will make sure that my friends will not either. I will also inform all of my facebook friends.

I would like a written apology from Ms Jessica and also from Food Lion for their unprofessional behavior.
