My complaint:
The Food Lion Store located at 617 N. Main St. here in Kernersville is atrocious! There seems to be no competent store manager, the shelves are always bare (unlike the Food Lion Store on S. Main St., Lowes Foods, Harris Tetter, etc). There are never any carts inside, the guys there play joke around with each other at the front and in the back around the meat dept. They have NO incentive to go outside and collect carts nor do they ever help bag. They just stand around up front chatting. Some cashiers have really nasty attitudes, especially a small red-haired boy and a black guy named Prince who accused me of snatching full bags from his hands. When I confronted him as he was talking junk to me, he asked Mary (Asst. Manager) to take over his register so he could go outside and take care of the issue. What?? Beating me?? This last visit will be just that. MY LAST!
