My complaint:
The grocery manager and his overnight stockers never finish the truck on truck night and I am sick of having to do their work. They walking around doing nothing,on their cellphones and they put product in the wrong spot on the shelf.They put the same product in 2 different places, They put damage product on the shelf.Before they leave they never sweep the floor, never fill the water, if they do it is a crappy job.They do not put the product from tag to tag, they put it any where and sick of having to come behind them and fix everything. I asked for a raise and was told I have to wait to the first of the year. Poor communication as well. Nothing is ever said to them 🙁 I love to work, I want to work but I can never do what I am supposed to do because I am always cleaning up after the night crew. They do not put the product from tag to tag, they make extra rows and put it any where.This is every truck night and it will never change because no one is telling them.
Suggested solution:
Have a meeting with management, the grocery manager and all of the stockers and tell them what is expected and how it is suppose to be done.
