Food Lion complaint: Missing item in online order

My complaint:

Placed an order online. Didn’t have an item in my bag so I called the store. Called the store and was told I could come up to the store and come in and grab the item and let someone know when I got up front that my name was written down. The first problem is at no point should I have to get out my car because when you order online you are paying for that service. Who ever it was that I talked to hung up on me and I called back for the manager on duty to act as if I’m the problem and her employee was right. All in all my problem wasn’t solved and didn’t get my item that I payed for.

Suggested solution:

They should have had my item ready for me to come pick it up. All they had to do was get someone to bring it out to me. I would have been happy to let them know the time I was coming.
