My complaint:
There are many people shopping that are not wearing masks. There is a sign on Food Lions doors that state everyone is required to wear a mask, but they are not enforcing this at all. My husband and I fall in the over 60 age group and wear masks religiously, I encountered a woman and child in the same aisle as us and neither were not wearing a mask and coughing without covering her mouth. I did complain to the service desk, was told they couldn’t do anything about it. Then why is there a sign stating everyone should wear a mask? This is very unsat and dangerous since NC COVID numbers are not going down!!!!!! I will take my shopping elsewhere if this is not corrected.
Suggested solution:
Enforce the mask rule!!!!!
