My complaint:
All i did was go in the store to make a purchase . Soon as turned down the aisle i fell . There were grits all on the floor that i didnt notice . A supervisor on duty saw when i fell , she called another supervisor over told me not to move . Sshe got my name and number and that someone would be contacting me . This was Feb 28 and i have heard anything . That night i had to go to hospital because my arm was bruised and hip .Xrays were taken . I hurt my left hip on which i just had surgery . The doctor told me to follow up with my primary dr as soon as possible . My left side of my body is still in pain . The thing that gets me is that it was not reported as they said they would ,and im the one who belived them
Suggested solution:
I have no idea . I have never gotten injured in a grocery store dont know the protocol how to go about this because i see my doctor this week
