My complaint:
The lady in charge of the cashiers, Christina at the store in Madison, NC. Is just an awful leader she is sexist towards the male employees who are upfront. Giving the females more breaks and being more strict on the males. Such as not letting them have water when needed or complaining and talking bad about them behind their backs. Forcing them to do everything while she stands there and talks to other females.
Suggested solution:
I believe that she should be fired and replaced with a male leader in order to have more diversity up front rather than a full female team.
