Food Lion complaint: Food lion gave my nephew cash money for my ebt return

My complaint:

I sent my nephew in to return all the over priced food and they gave him cash that I did not receive back and they tell me that is perfectly legal!!! Now I have no food or money!! They said they lost the reciept

I want my money back on my card
