My complaint:

After filing my initial complaint Tom berry the district manager in regards to what took place on the 29th Jan in store 1658, after a long conversation and mr.tom berry told me himself that it us against the law. I told mr.berry it’s not about filing a lawsuit but uf needed I will. I told mr.berry what happened we spoke on the 3rd Feb and told me that Gayle the store manager in training quit. Huh told me she got offered another job. Mr. Berry promised me that what was so wrongly done to me and my service dog was wrong and told me thank you for letting me handle it. Well two days later Mr. Shan us out on the sale floor and told Sherri you had a complaint filed against you as while you were on vacation. Sherri said whst mr.shen said you know the guy with the white dog, Sherri told mr.shan I know thst customer and cookie his dog I would never say anything to him because for one it’s against the law.

Suggested solution:

I don't trust mr.tom berry district manager, he told me it was handled and it would not ever been brought up again, well didn't last two days Mr. Shane on the sales floor talking about it. I will be pushing forward in a lawsuit against food lion.
