My complaint:
The driver does not know the settings of the Bus. He is using heater instead of demister. Me and the other passengers requested at least 5 times. On the front screen the temperature is showing ot 13 degree it 47 degree.
I got sick. Feeling nausea and sweating. Instant Sinus attack
Suggested solution:
They should know about the function and consider customers comfort
