My complaint:

On the 29th January booked an ticket with Flixbus to go from Glasgow to Manchester and shortly realised it wasn’t at an convenient time for me and cancel my ticket and book anotherone at an early time.
So however they say will get back 50% less and accepted their terms and conditions but instead getting a refund back for some reasons they decided to send me an voucher which obviously its useless to me as don’t have to go anywhere anymore. That trip was applied to me only once.
I was with them on the chat for few days trying to fix this issue and they said that’s their policy even on the site said clearly will get back a refund on the same payment method used myself to make the payment to them.
So anyway the whole point is that I’m not able to recover any money back from the full amount spent for the buss ticket.
This is a scam and a fraud in the same time and someone needs to take an action against them as they’re scamming their own costumers.
I have made this complaint here hopping someone will take an action against this type of behaviour. That’s not right,that’s not fair.
I personally won’t use never ever again their services as they are very abusive.
One word describe flixbus will be thief’s

Suggested solution:

I'm very disappointed by them and they have never fixed my issue. I end up loosing even what they said will get refunded. Big time scam. Do not use them services!!!
