FlixBus complaint: Driver didn’t appear at the station

My complaint:

I have photographic proof I was at the station before and after departure time. The driver skipped my station.

They however say they arrived at the station on time. This is a lie.

I have more photos as proof if needed.

Suggested solution:

Give me the money back for lost hotels.
