Flair Airlines complaint: My jacket

My complaint:

I wore my jacket on my flight to Kelowna F8759 seat 5D. Something was on my seat. When I arrived in Kelowna my jacket was badly damaged.

Suggested solution:

Prove me a replacement cost.
