My complaint:
I was traveling to Calgary from Montreal Air port via Flight 8111 on September 30 2023. I had paid an additional amount of CAD 67 for the carry on bag and had the proof of that. At the check in gate the lady scanned my boarding card and watched my photo ID and then asked me you didn’t pay for the carry on. I tried to tell her I have paid the additional CAD 67 for carry on and tried to show the proof of payment but she yelled at me and refused to see me payment proof and asked me to leave the queue. In the end when everyone had been boarded she asked me to go ahead and at that time she even didn’t argue to see the proof of carry on baggage payment. I strongly believe that she had made me the victim of her discrimination.
I Can’t understand that why she stopped me to onboard with a false excuse and then in the end she even didn’t ask the proof of payment for carry on….
