Flair Airlines complaint: Itinerary Cancellation Rules Emailed Different than Website

My complaint:

I booked a flight to fly on December 18th and on my itinerary it said:

All passengers have 24 hours from time of boarding (which if we didn’t know was a typo would think was a scam 😳) to cancel without penalty, as long as your trip is more than 7 days from your date of booking as per photo below.

When called in would not honour as no longer allowed and there would be extra fees to cancel.
What a joke!

Suggested solution:

Let me cancel my flight as I did call them within 24 hours of booking
