My complaint:

I had requested to customer service representative to speak with Manager or supervisor , but the customer representative denied me to speak with supervisor. He informed me that he is working without any Supervisor.

He was non professional and non cooperative and has not given me, satisfied answers of my questions. My probleme was not solved or taken care

Suggested solution:

I am satisfied, if they let me speak to Manager or supervisor. The customer representative shouldn\'t force me , not to speak with his supervisor.
