My complaint:
Flight from Calgary to Toronto was scheduled for 3:40pm Mon June 12 when tickets were purchased. Flair did not advise us that they moved out flight forward to 6am. We would not of known had we not checked the flight status! We lost a whole day of our vacation as a result of this and their inability to communicate this with us, and provide no reason as to why. They also over charged me for seat selection at 3 people, when it was only 2 of us flying.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse me for overcharging on the seat selection payment, as well compensation for moving our flight up by 10 hours.
