My complaint:
Flight F8749 delayed for 10 hours, travel on 07Jul2022 going to SFO – San Francisco
The flight was supposed to depart from YEG – Edmonton at 7 AM and arrive at San Francisco at 9:10 am but it was delayed by 9 hours and 50 minutes. Because of this my family missed a very important ceremony that we supposed to attend on July 7.
We have to travel 4 hours to Edmonton on July 6 to catch the early flight we ended up extending rent a car and hotel that costed time and missing a very important event. That sucks!
Suggested solution:
Under the federal rules, regulation of terms and conditions on flight booking I an entitled to a compensation.
