My complaint:
We had received you check in text and proceeded to do so online. My husband completed required check in and booked our seats. When we went to the counter at the airport they said they couldn’t find it and to proceed we has to pay 25 tax ( there were 3 of us). Disgruntled, we paid it! When we arrived home checking our documents we found the the proper information and have printed it off. Also spending an incredible amount of time on hold to Flair airline and finally giving up, ( I’m sure that’s what the airline wants us to do as I have heard this from many of our friends)
Suggested solution:
Return $78.75 for charges that we paid at the counter. Not our fault.
And customer service. Not to be on hold for hours. Our time is valuable as well as yours
