My complaint:

I just had the worst experience with Fiverr Customer Service. I asked to become a seller and wasn’t approved, so I contacted customer service and they deactivated my account accusing me of having more than 1 profile which is against Fiverr guidelines. The problem is that I don’t have another profile and on this recently disabled profile I just paid $300 for Fiverr Learn Courses a few days ago. So now they don’t want to refund me the courses and they don’t undo the deactivation of my account, which was obviously incorrect based on a misunderstanding. I contacted customer service several times and they always write the same generic response.

Suggested solution:

Undo the deactivation of my account or refund me the courses.
