My complaint:
I hired someone to set up my Discord Server. Professional! – it advertised. The work was awful but that’s not the complaint. After, the “designer” stayed on the server. I had asked for 1 bot – I got 10! So I removed some, and when I removed Koya bot, the designer disappeared visibly from the server but was still in hidden permissions! I had to scream at him to get him to leave. Creepy spying scammer!
Suggested solution:
Better resolution system. Period. It’s too hard to resolve problems in a system that can be exploited and obviously IS exploited.
1. Resolution by review. We need to be able to adjust our reviews with new information and they need to allow at least restricted reviews outside the ed customer. Goodbad experiences happen with no contract.
2. Cust. Svc. Resolution. There needs to be a triage system to give proper attention to possible scams and fraud.
