My complaint:
Actually I am very unhappy that you are holding my personal information incorrectly. You are storing my personal phone number invalidly and I am requesting you correct it. You are storing against an account to which I do not have access and is out of my control.

This seems insane.
I have shown you the invoice with the company I own the contract for the phone with – so you are telling me your info is right and mine is wrong? Do I need to get EE to contact you directly?
In terms of GDPR if anything, you are in breach.
Can you not see the sense in this?

they should apologise for not seeing common sense and update my fiverr account with my phone number and remove it from the account associated with my old employer
