Actually I am very unhappy that you are holding my personal information incorrectly. You are storing my personal phone number invalidly and I am requesting you correct it. You are storing against an account to which I do not have access and is out of my control.

I have shown you the invoice with the company I own the contract for the phone with – so you are telling me your info is right and mine is wrong? Do I need to get EE to contact you directly?
In terms of GDPR if anything, you are in breach.
Can you not see the sense in this?
