My complaint:
I’ve always liked Fiverr. I’ve earned a solid income through the platform and never had any serious problems. It has always felt fair and reliable.
But this one-star review is for Fiverr Enterprise.
In April, Fiverr referred me to a corporate client and directed me to use Fiverr Enterprise to complete the job. Because I trusted Fiverr, I went through all the steps and signed up on their Enterprise platform.
The project was completed and properly documented. But now, nearly five months later, I still haven’t been paid. The work was done in late April, and as of writing this in September, I’m still waiting.
The client told me that Fiverr Enterprise is supposed to send them monthly invoices so they can process payments. According to them, no invoice was ever received. I kept contacting Fiverr Enterprise support, but their responses were slow and unhelpful. The client’s side also kept stalling. Nothing moved.
What frustrates me the most is that Fiverr Enterprise’s own policy says:
We send your company an invoice once a month covering all the talent payments processed in the month prior.
Fiverr Enterprise pays talents on your behalf for work completed or in advance.
Fast, streamlined payments are one of the great advantages of working with Fiverr Enterprise.
None of this turned out to be true. Fiverr Enterprise is a complete mess. It is the worst platform I’ve ever worked with, worse than anything I’ve used locally.
Suggested solution:
I just want to receive the payment I rightfully earned.
