My complaint:

Had appointment 10/24/24 for LOF lifetime balance rotation. Noticed today(10/30/24) a tape weight laying by my truck; checked the weights on all wheels none were stuck securely to the wheels. Upon further inspection, the wheels were not cleaned sufficiently before application of the tape weights. I come back to same store for correct installation, they’re making me wait for a free technician. Every other business I dealt with makes callbacks their priority because it exhibits bad business- the company doesn’t care about its customers satisfaction, only the $ they spent. Anybody can sell tires, but we, the customer are looking for customer service that shows they appreciate our business. This IS NOT the 1st time I’ve had issues with your company, but the issues have become more frequent in the past decade. Something changed in corporate to allow the lack of concern amongst the stores

Suggested solution:

Make me( a callback with poor workmanship) their 1 priority so I can go on with my day. Your company's lack of professionalism is now costing me time, money
