My complaint:
l open up an account and download it the fire kirin website game and then I came to the store put a $17 on the game and and I opened up the game to play a certain game on the fire current I played this one game and it I put 30 cent to play the game I won $18 and some change and they took it back from me and plus on top of that they took the money I already put on the game so I need someone to help me out with this if it’s possible because it’s not right or where can I possibly be refunded next
Suggested solution:
I don't know how the company should resolve it but I know they should look into it and see that I'm not lying I'm not making things up that their system glitched and took my money and the money that I put on the game I don't know how to explain they should refund the money back or start the game over where I started at $17 and any back on my phone back on the game but I need someone to help me out with this cuz that's not right
