My complaint:
I requested to cash out after collecting my daily free spin and I was told that because my acct was old that they weren’t gonna cash me out and would instead just block me. This isn’t right because regardless of how long it’s been since I have deposited i have before and was given a login at that time.
Suggested solution:
I should be paid my winnings
