My complaint:
I rolled on slots and it hit 5500. All of a sudden the 00 moves and goes in between 00 and making the total win 5.50. Nowhow the he’ll does thi happened when the whole reason it spun again was because it landed on 00.
For instance
Slots spaces 1 2 3
Slot 3 hits 00 meaning 1 and 2 spin again..
Slot one and two lands on 5s. Slot 3 then moves slightly making it toal 5.50 rather than 5,500.00 Or even 550.00. Either way it was bs. I downloaded. Screen recorder to myphone and have proof of this bs scam! Happend several times.
Suggested solution:
Honor the 550. And the 5500. And I had another instance on the firelight game where I got 4 fireballs and didn\'t get the winnings or even the bonus on it like I should have. Then when I messaged the people I send my money to they act like the hdno idea how to resolve it and refused to give me contact info for someone ewho could help me
