My complaint:
I deposited money to an agent from fb book the agent advertising instant payouts I won 250 asked for my withdraw they said sure will

Ok then kept insisting do I want to leave some to play with after I stated sevral times yes give me the 150 max and leave 100 they said no the 100 will be forfeited you can only withdraw the max and the rest you lose so after saying that’s not right they then told me ok I will do your with draw then told me it will take a while I’ll give it to by tonight and it’s 1030 am I deposited on cash app which where they will pay back which is instant bit they claim
It’s gone be all day and has not responded back since
Suggested solution:
Get my withdraw processed or get them shut down
