My complaint:

I have deposited money to Fire Kirin (John Smith) 3 different times that was not added to my account, today, Jan 4, 2025, being the latest. I sent $10 and waited for it to be deposited into my account and it never was. They claim that I already played it but this being the 3rd time this has happened I knew for sure they stole from me. They just kept saying don’t be smart, or if wanna play deposit and play, and kept sending a screenshot of an old deposit that was zoomed so that I couldn’t see the date. I’ve been playing with them for probably 3 years now and have no reason to lie which I was also accused of. They tried this a few days ago as well and a few minutes later said they were sorry, there was a glitch. They were great for the 1st 2 years but then they changed and got really slow about paying out, changing the way to pay sometimes 3x in a day, and taking their time loading your account. And now instead of helping resolve the issue they get smart with you. I was sick of dealing with them so I deleted the conversation and nit planning on filing a complaint until now so I have no proof of conversation.

Suggested solution:

They can't resolve it, they could have by adding my funds but that makes no difference to me at this point, I think they should have to pay for this by a fine, suspend their account, or whatever can be done. I just don't want other players to get ripped off like myself.
