My complaint:
I wanted to open a account with fire kirin and was told because I was a new customer that what ever amount I out would be matched 3x so a account was set up for me threw a gentleman named James Jones I sent him 20$ and when I sent it I never was giving anything not even the 20 I sent and he constantly keeps asking for more money he just took my money and kept it
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund for the money I sent to him the 20$ and that gentleman should be fired I'm sure I'm not the only person he is doing this to I have web receipt proving I sent it and a whole confosation proving I never received it.
