My complaint:
I play FK as often as I can afford to. I have played many platforms, but this was by far my favorite. I play through vendor, Purple Heart. Well I was never given TC on MY MONEY (no bonuses) !!!
I won $550 and requested to cash out. Next thing I know, Purple Heart has taken my money and wants to graciously give me $200 of my own money. BS. But they did it and told me it went to the Admin Panel. WTF?!?!?
This group – Purple Heart and Fire Kirin will not only take your loses, but steal your winnings as well.
