My complaint:
Had my user ID come up to collect for the minor jackpot, an agent through messenger told me to go andd contact firekin to receive any winnings I have. He wouldn’t release them. What a scam!
Suggested solution:
Pay me back my money I dumped into this and apologize you let these things happen.
