My complaint:
I made the first deposit and it didn’t get credited to my account. Then the agent messaged me and said I hit some type of jackpot for $300.
Now I never even had a chance to spin even once. So to receive this jackpot I was required to pay an additional $30 but there is no record of my 1st deposit of $10.
So I even volunteered to forfeit that hypothetical jackpot if they would just credit my first deposit into my account because at this point I just wanted to play their machines.
They refused to credit my account and refused to refund my money and insisted that I pay an additional 30 bucks. I have seen this exact skit on dating lines.
Finally a manager to my knowledge messages me and stands firm on the decision to not credit my account the $10 deposit nor refund my money and assured me on his grandpas grave that if I pay the $30 bucks that within the next 5 minutes he would hand me $270.
I can’t believe how unprofessional these people are. This was my first and last experience with this platform. Clearly it’s a bait and switch 1st time shame on you 2nd time shame on me type situation.
I spend a lot of money gambling online and I am a part of the local gambling community. Then the next day while I was still getting all the facts, the same thing happened to on of my close friends. If the agents and managers are slimey surely the rest are too.
Suggested solution:
I would be happy to just get my deposit refunded or the money deposited into my account do I could play it out. I refuse to pay anything more before this matter is set
tled.
