My complaint:
This company golden cash casino created and loaded an account for me and when I played they claim they will load a certain amount and don’t….thats not the one that bothers me, tjey also claim to allow cash out at a certain amount then when you reach that amount they turn around and say you can’t cash out until you hit another number which is higher. I tried and lost and that’s my bad but the next time I played I told an agent and they said that wasn’t right bc I should’ve been cashed out doesn’t know why her fellow employee said that. Then I load with them again and reach that limit and keep playing to try my luck then all of a sudden the game freezes and it says account was suspended and when I told them about it they claimed they couldn’t fix the account and not able to cash out my winnings even though I took a screenshot of my winnings.they still didn’t want to cash me out and couldn’t fix my account there was nothing they could do. Then I still let them load again for me I’mto a different account and the same thing happens with the new account but this time golden cash casino tells me now in order for me to cash out my winnings I have to pay a cash out fee. I then ask really so what about the other account I had winnings in I just pay a fee and cash out my winnings from both accounts to which they respond yes I can cash out both accounts winnings. I tell them nah I’m not going to pay anymore money and I ask them to cash me out and just take out their bs fees from my total winnings. They respond no and I must pay fees or they can’t cash me out! Golden cash casino is not an honest company.
