FireKirin complaint: I was playing my game it logged me out and said my account was suspended that’s all I know

My complaint:

I won 300 I went to the game shop took off 150 came back home started playing the game again got down to $71 all of a sudden the game logged me out and said I have a suspended account I don’t know why

Suggested solution:

Unsuspend my account I didn\'t do anything wrong but play the game
